Experience and Skills:
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Must be well-organized and have strong attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of employment law, including FLSA, FMLA and OSHA.
Ability to write and proof-read documents.
Ability to manage a multi-faceted project to completion.
Demonstrated ability to work well independently in addition to
working well within a team.
Ability to discreetly handle confidential information.
Must be able to build relationships with people and maintain
professional demeanor in the office.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
Strong working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPS and
Pivot Tables desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance.
2-5 years in a professional Human Resources environment,
preferably in payroll and benefits.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
This position operates in a variety of environments. The
majority of the time is spent in a professional office environment
and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as
computer, phones, copier/scanner, and filing cabinets.
Valid, active driver’s license with a good driving record as
defined by the Company’s current insurance provider.
